Although all lights were shed on COVID-19, 2020 has been the year that all the maritime industry anticipated with mixed feelings due to the implementation of sulphur cap. Following many debates on the issues and concenrs about this new regulation, it is time to make our assessment and come to conclusions. Now what’s next?

  • What we have learned from one year of implementation
  • Has the enforcement of the IMO global fuel sulphur cap been successful?
  • Where we stand with the alternative fuels and the way forward
  • Next regulatory requirements on IMO’s 230 environmental agenda
