General conditions
Participation in our events is FREE of charge including attendance and beverages/snacks offered, where applicable.
For in-person events, participation implies full co-ordination in line with instructions provided by organizers before and during the event (including registration) at the venue.
Organizers reserve the right to alter/change any part of the program/event for any reason.
Registration
All registrations are confirmed by reply e-mail. There is always a reminder e-mail closer to the event for all registrations to the e-mail specified in the registration form.
By registering to our events, you consent to receive communications from SAFETY4SEA on the requested event registration and any other future events, projects and surveys, from which you can unsubscribe at any time, by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of each email. Your email address will then be immediately removed from our mailing lists.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to/with anyone without your advance permission unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available a) to personnel managing this information for the purpose of contacting you regarding your registration or a request made by you for information, or b) to contracted service providers for the purpose of providing services relating to our communications with you.
